Abstract:
Provided are a real-time image guided method, apparatus and system, and a radiotherapy system, which belong to the technical field of radiotherapy. The image guided system can perform reliable real-time image guidance on a target object on the basis of an obtained target reference image and a real-time projection image of the target object. Since the target reference image is acquired after the positioning is completed, the precision of performing real-time image guidance on the target object on the basis of the target reference image and the real-time projection image is high.
