Abstract:
A rear housing of a display device, the rear housing comprising a rear housing body (1); the rear housing body (1) comprises an accommodating cavity (12) that is used for accommodating a speaker (10) and is provided with a first opening, and further comprises a cover plate (13) used for sealing the first opening, the cover plate (13) being provided with sound discharge holes (115). A display device. The speaker (10) is accommodated in the accommodating cavity (12) of the rear housing rather than at the interior of the entire device, thus solving the problem of resonance.
