Abstract:
The objective of the present invention is to provide a recognition system capable of more accurately acquiring an own-position and an orientation of a moving body, and a surrounding environment. A recognition system (1a) according to the present disclosure comprises: a sensor unit (10a) including a first sensor (light detecting ranging sensor 110 to which FMCW-LiDAR is applied) for outputting speed point cloud data including a plurality of points each having speed information and time information, and a second sensor (IMU 100) for outputting inertial measurement data; a receiving unit (200) for receiving the speed point cloud data and the inertial measurement data output from the sensor unit (10a); and an output unit (201) for outputting sensor state information including information indicating a position and orientation of the sensor unit (10a), and moving body state information including information indicating a position, orientation and speed of the moving body, the sensor state information and the moving body state information being generated on the basis of the speed point cloud data and the inertial measurement data.
