Abstract:
Provided is a reducing composition comprising: a) at least one sulfur-containing reducing agents, b) at least one anionic non-associative polymer; and c) at least one cationic cyclopolymer having at least one ring-structure in the backbone of the polymer and at least one quaternary ammonium group including at least one C 8-C 30 hydrocarbon group. Also provided is a process for permanently reshaping keratin fibers using said reducing composition.
