Abstract:
The present invention relates to a refinement system for xylitol fermented liquid. The refinement system comprises a fermentation tank, a post-fermentation tank, a ceramic membrane filter, a nanofiltration membrane filter, an activated carbon filter, ion exchange columns, an evaporation tank, a crystallization tank, a centrifuge, and a dryer which are in communication by means of a pipeline; the post-fermentation tank is used for storing a fermented liquid obtained from the fermentation tank and allowing the liquid to sit to obtain a supernatant fermented liquid; the ceramic membrane filter, the nanofiltration membrane filter, the activated carbon filter, and the ion exchange columns are used for obtaining a xylitol ion-exchanged liquid upon removal of impurities from the supernatant fermented liquid; the evaporation tank and the crystallization tank are used for carrying out evaporation and crystallization treatment on the xylitol ion-exchanged liquid to obtain xylitol paste; the centrifuge is used for performing separation on the xylitol paste to obtain crystalline xylitol; and the dryer is used for drying the crystalline xylitol to obtain a xylitol crystal. The present invention further discloses a method for using the system. The present invention clearly reduces the amount of activated carbon used, and additionally the pH of a material liquid can be improved, the electrical conductivity can be significantly reduced, and a load in a subsequent ion separation process can be reduced.
