Abstract:
A reflectivity variable sensor is provided with a self-organized fine particle single layer film formed on a prescribed substrate; and a noble metal film formed on the self-organized fine particle single layer film. The sensor detects a substance to be detected by reflectivity change due to adsorption of the substance on the noble metal film.
