Abstract:
This refrigeration cycle apparatus is provided with: a refrigerant circuit; and a control device that controls the refrigerant circuit. The refrigerant circuit has: a bypass flow path connecting the discharge side of a compressor to a first outdoor heat exchanger or a second outdoor heat exchanger; and a flow-rate control valve that is provided to the bypass flow path. The refrigerant circuit is configured to be able to execute a heating and defrosting simultaneous operation of supplying a part of a refrigerant discharged from the compressor to one of the first outdoor heat exchanger and the second outdoor heat exchanger through the bypass flow path, causing the other of the first outdoor heat exchanger and the second outdoor heat exchanger to function as an evaporator, and causing an indoor heat exchanger to function as a condenser. The control device is configured to control the opening degree of the flow-rate control valve on the basis of the temperature of an object to be heated, while the heating and defrosting simultaneous operation is being executed.
