Abstract:
A refrigeration and freezing apparatus and a control method therefor. The refrigeration and freezing apparatus comprises: a cabinet body, in which a freezing compartment is defined; a freezing evaporator, which is used for providing cold energy for the freezing compartment; a freezing fan, which is used for driving an air supply into the freezing compartment; and a compressor, which is used for compressing a refrigerant. The control method comprises: when a refrigeration and freezing apparatus is in a state where a freezing compartment performs refrigeration, acquiring the evaporator temperature of a freezing evaporator and the compartment temperature in the freezing compartment; calculating the absolute value of the temperature difference between the evaporator temperature and the compartment temperature; and selectively adjusting the rotation speed of a freezing fan or the operation frequency of a compressor according to the absolute value of the temperature difference, so that the absolute value of the temperature difference between the evaporator temperature and the compartment temperature is less than or equal to a preset temperature difference threshold value. In the present invention, the humidity of a freezing compartment is suitably controlled during a refrigeration period of a freezing compartment, thereby avoiding the problem in the prior art of relatively large fluctuations in humidity in a freezing compartment caused by the solution of performing refrigeration before humidification.
