A refrigeration storage device and a control method therefor. The refrigeration storage device comprises a refrigeration body, a storage chamber disposed in the refrigeration body, and at least one air supply channel assembly disposed at the top of the refrigeration body. Each air supply channel assembly comprises: a main air channel, comprising a lower air channel cover plate extending along a depth direction of the refrigeration body, the lower air channel cover plate being provided with a plurality of air outlets spaced apart along an extension direction thereof, and each air outlet supplying air to a target area corresponding to the storage chamber; and a plurality of flow deflectors pivotably connected to the lower air channel cover plate, the plurality of flow deflectors being spaced apart along the extension direction of the lower air channel cover plate, and each of the plurality of flow deflectors being configured to selectively rotate according to a required temperature of each target area in the storage chamber, so as to adjust an air supply volume of supplying air by means of each air outlet. The temperature in the storage chamber can be quickly reduced, and the effect of uniform temperature of different areas in the storage chamber can be achieved.
