Refrigeration storage device and a control method therefor. The refrigeration storage device comprises a body, a refrigeration chamber disposed in the body, and an air supply duct assembly disposed at the top of the body. The air supply duct assembly comprises: a main air duct extending in a depth direction of the body, a plurality of air outlets arranged at intervals in an extension direction of the main air duct being formed on the main air duct, and each air outlet supplying air to target areas corresponding to the refrigeration chamber; and an air volume regulation mechanism disposed at the top of the main air duct in an ascendable/descendable manner, and configured to determine, according to the temperature difference between the target areas in the refrigeration chamber, whether there is a need to descend into the main air duct, so as to adjust the volume of air supplied through each air outlet. The temperature in a refrigerating chamber can be quickly reduced, and the effect of uniform temperature in different areas in the refrigerating chamber is achieved.
