Abstract:
Provided in the present invention are a refrigerator and an ultrasonic processing apparatus thereof. The ultrasonic processing apparatus comprises a container, used for containing food ingredients to be processed; a heat transfer layer, covering the periphery of the container; and at least one ultrasonic transducer, fixed on the heat transfer layer. The present invention has the advantages that heat generated by the ultrasonic transducer can be rapidly dispersed to the periphery, thereby avoiding heat concentration, accordingly raising the operating rate of the ultrasonic transducer, and accelerating a pickling process for the food ingredients.
