Provided in the present invention are a refrigerator and an ultrasonic processing device thereof. The ultrasonic processing device comprises: a container, used for holding food to be processed; at least one ultrasonic transducer, fixed to the outer side of the bottom wall of the container; a base, provided with an upward opening, and used for the container to be placed in, wherein when the container is placed in the base, an interlayer space for accommodating the ultrasonic transducer is formed between the bottom wall of the container and the bottom wall of the base; and at least one heat transfer element, provided on the inner side of the bottom wall of the base, wherein the upper surface of the heat transfer element is coated with a flexible heat conduction material, and the bottom wall of the container abuts against the flexible heat conduction material. The present invention has the advantages of dispersing heat transferred to the container from the ultrasonic transducer, preventing the heat from being concentrated in a local area of the container, reducing the heating rate of the container, increasing a single on-duration of the ultrasonic transducer, and shortening the total duration required for marinating food.
