Abstract:

A refrigerator and an ultrasonic treatment device thereof. The ultrasonic treatment device comprises: a container, the top of the container being open, and the container being configured to contain food materials to be treated; an ultrasonic probe detachably arranged in the container, a plurality of protrusions protruding downwards being formed at the bottom of the ultrasonic probe; and at least one ultrasonic transducer fixed to the top of the ultrasonic probe and configured to controllably generate an ultrasonic action and to transmit the ultrasonic action to the ultrasonic probe. The ultrasonic treatment device can accelerate the pickling speed of the food materials and improve the pickling quality of the food materials.
