Abstract:
A refrigerator and an ultrasonic treatment device thereof. The ultrasonic treatment device comprises: a container, the top of the container being open, and the container being configured to contain food materials to be treated; an ultrasonic probe detachably arranged in the container, the bottom of the ultrasonic probe being provided with a continuous horizontal surface; and an ultrasonic transducer fixed above the ultrasonic probe and configured to controllably generate an ultrasonic action and to transmit the ultrasonic action to the ultrasonic probe. The ultrasonic treatment device can accelerate the pickling speed and improve the pickling effect, and the tenderness of the pickled food materials is good.
