Abstract:
A refrigeration cycle of a refrigerator according to the present disclosure branches into a cooling path, which supplies a refrigerant to an evaporator in order to generate cold air on the downstream side of a first condenser, and a defrosting path, which heats the refrigerant and supplies the heated refrigerant to the evaporator to perform defrosting. The refrigerant that flows through the cooling path is supplied to the evaporator after passing through a second condenser. The refrigerant that flows through the defrosting path is heated by performing heat exchange with a path by which the refrigerant is supplied from a compressor to the first condenser. The refrigerant that has warmed the evaporator and dissipated heat within the defrosting path, said evaporator being thermally coupled with the defrosting path, returns to the compressor after evaporating at a warming-side evaporator that is provided on the downstream side of the aforementioned evaporator.
