Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of providing a metal/fiber-reinforced resin composite capable of more reliably preventing the occurrence of an electrolytic corrosion action when a metal member is composited with a fiber-reinforced resin layer that includes reinforcing fibers (carbon fibers) and a matrix resin.　A metal/fiber-reinforced resin composite 1 according to the present invention is provided with a metal member 10, an insulating layer 30 disposed on at least a part of a surface of the metal member 10 and including non-electroconductive fibers 32 in a first matrix resin 31, and a CFRP layer 40 disposed on at least a part of a surface of the insulating layer 30 and including carbon fibers 42 in a second matrix resin 41. When viewed from vertically above the surface of the metal member 10, the CFRP layer 40 is located inside a region in which the insulating layer 30 exists, and the outer edge of the CFRP layer 40 is separated from the outer edge of the insulating layer 30 by 0.2 mm or more. With the above configuration, electrolytic corrosion of the metal member can be prevented.
