Abstract:
A release film for use in forming a green sheet, which comprises a polyester film and, formed on one surface thereof, a release layer, and satisfies the following formulae (1) and (2) simultaneously, or satisfies the following formulae (3) and (4) simultaneously: [numerical formulae 1] F(300 m/min)/ F(30 m/min) ≤ 2.0 (1), 0.01 ≤ Si ≤ 0.10 (2), (CA) water ≥ 105 (3), and (CA) toluene ≤ 27 (4), wherein F(300 m/min) or F(30 m/min) represents a peel force (mN/cm) between the surface of the release layer and an acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive tape at a peeling speed of 300 m/min or 30 m/min, Si represents an application amount (g/m2) of the release layer in a dry state, (CA) water represents a contact angle of the surface of the release layer with a water drop, and (CA) toluene represents a contact angle of the surface of the release layer with a toluene solvent.
