This release sheet-attached touch sensor 1 comprises: a release sheet 2; a hard coat layer 3 disposed on one side in the thickness direction of the release sheet 2; a routing conductor pattern 6 disposed on one surface of the hard coat layer 3 in the thickness direction and having a terminal 5; a transparent electrode 7 connected to the routing conductor pattern 6; a first adhesive layer 8 that is disposed on one surface of the hard coat layer 3 around the transparent electrode 7 in the thickness direction to cover the transparent electrode 7 and does not overlap with the terminal 5 when projected in the thickness direction; an optical member 9 disposed on one surface of the first adhesive layer in the thickness direction; a printed wiring board 10 electrically connected to the routing conductor pattern 6 having a terminal part 14 disposed on one surface of the terminal 5 in the thickness direction; and a second adhesive layer 16 disposed on one surface of the optical member 9 in the thickness direction. The printed wiring board 10 has an overlapping part 11 that overlaps the hard coat layer 3 when projected in the thickness direction. A gap 25 is interposed between the optical member 9 and the overlapping part 11 in a first direction perpendicular to the thickness direction. The second adhesive layer 16 is in contact with one surface of the overlapping part 11 in the thickness direction.
