Abstract:
This remaining-amount detection device detects the remaining amount of a beverage in a beverage cask that is connected to a beverage server. The remaining-amount detection device comprises: a pressure sensor that detects the pressure in a channel for supplying carbon dioxide gas to the beverage cask; and a control unit that determines the remaining amount of beverage in the beverage cask, on the basis of changes in the pressure detected by the pressure sensor.
