Abstract:
A remote monitoring support device (120) configured so as to: calculate the number of activations on the basis of an activation signal, each time the activation signal is obtained from a control panel (110) that controls the operation of an elevator (101), said activation signal being output when a cage (102) in the elevator (101) is driven; store the calculated number of activations in a storage unit; and then, if a diagnosis instruction instructing the transmission of information relating to the state of the elevator (101) is received from a management server computer (130), send information relating to the number of activations as stored in the storage unit, to the management server computer (130).
