Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of specifying a period of time until a backup product will be delivered to a customer that has signed a contract for rapid delivery of a backup product. A computer: issues to a vendor a reservation for a backup product for replacing a device contained in a site operated by the vendor; when a request for replacement of a device is acquired from a vendor having a reservation, checks whether the backup product is in stock; if the backup product is not in stock or the like, acquires a replenishment delivery period for a new backup product from a manufacturing company; and calculates a period of time until the backup product will be delivered to the vendor's site.
