Abstract:
In this reserved seat monitoring system, a control unit (18) acquires image information on the angle of view including a reserved seat of interest and surrounding seats within a predetermined range based on the seat of interest; determines whether there is an object that overlaps the seat of interest, on the basis of the result of analysis of the image information; when it is determined that there is an object, calculates the probability that the occupancy of the object will be resolved by the time when the reservation change of the seat of interest is possible; and when the calculated probability falls below a predetermined value, provides a notification of the reservation change to the person who has reserved the seat of interest.
