Provided is a resin-coated non-woven fabric which can be adhered by high-frequency welding, has improved hardness, and can have a clear embossed pattern. The resin-coated non-woven fabric according to the present invention comprises: a long-fiber non-woven fabric of a thermocompression-bondable type, which is made from polyethylene terephthalate and has a weight of 50 to 150 g/m2; and a resin coat layer which is provided on one surface of the long-fiber non-woven fabric and has a coating amount of 40 to 150 g/m2 after being dried. In the resin-coated non-woven fabric, the resin coat layer comprises 10 to 45 mass% of a vinyl chloride unit and 30 to 55 mass% of a (meth)acrylic acid ester unit, and a pattern is formed by an embossing processing on the surface of the resin coat layer.
