A resin composition containing an inorganic compound, characterized in that it comprises a polyolefin resin as a primary component, which comprises a polyolefin based resin such as an ethylene-&agr -olefin copolymer or an ethylene-cyclic olefin copolymer produced by using a single site catalyst comprising a cyclopentadienyl derivative complex of a transition metal of Group III, IV, V, VI, IX or X of the Periodic Table. The resin composition and a laminate using the composition are excellent in flexibility, elastic recovery and the resistance to drop impact, even when they comprise an inorganic compound having hygroscopicity sufficient to impart the function of drying thereto dispersed therein.
