A resin-container molding die (1) comprises an injection molding die (38), a blow molding die (39), and an intermediate die (41). When the injection molding die (38) and the intermediate die (41) are clamped and injection is performed, a parison (62) is molded that includes a flange-shaped opening (64) formed of a first annular step portion (44) and an annular face portion (48). When the parison (62) is kept in the intermediate die (41) and clamped to the blow molding die (39), the flange-shaped opening (64) is compressed by a second annular step portion (58) and the annular face portion (48). The first annular step portion (44) includes an outer circumferential face forming side wall face (45) that is for forming an outer circumferential face (67) of the flange-shaped opening (64) and is connected to a parting line (PL). The second annular step portion (58) includes an outer circumferential face contacting side wall face (60) that comes into contact with the outer circumferential face (67) and is connected to the parting line (PL).
