Abstract:

Provided is a technology that can suppress the amount of formaldehyde discharge and the amount of acetaldehyde discharge from the molded body of a polybutylene terephthalate resin composition. A resin molded body is produced using as a starting material a polybutylene terephthalate resin composition containing a polybutylene terephthalate resin, and a nitrogen-containing compound having a ureide group. Allantoin is preferable as the nitrogen-containing compound having a ureide group. Also, in the resin molded body, there is preferably 0.04-0.4 mass% inclusive of the nitrogen-containing compound contained.
