Abstract:
Disclosed in the present application are a resource reselection method and apparatus, a device, and a storage medium, which relate to the technical field of communications. The method comprises: a terminal device determining a target selection slot and a target listen slot; according to a non-listen slot and/or a listen result within the target listen slot, excluding available resources within the target selection slot, so as to obtain a candidate resource set; and if it is determined that a first resource that has been selected by the terminal device is re-selected, selecting, from the candidate resource set, a second resource used for replacing the first resource. When the terminal device executes partial listen and performs semi-persistent transmission or periodic transmission, if it is determined, by executing a Pre-emption mechanism, that a resource is pre-empted, or it is determined, by executing a Re-evaluation mechanism, that a resource conflict occurs, communication reliability is improved by means of triggering resource reselection to avoid a resource collision.
