Abstract:
The present invention relates to a right preservation-conditional securities lending-and-borrowing method. A right preservation-conditional securities lending-and-borrowing method according to an embodiment of the present invention is performed by a security lender terminal and comprises the steps of: receiving a security lending-and-borrowing request message for a particular security, from a security borrower terminal; providing the security borrower terminal with a response message to the security lending-and-borrowing request message; when a security lending-and-borrowing agreement is made between the security borrower and the security lender, determining whether a right of the particular security has been preserved, according to a type of the security lending-and-borrowing request message, and changing an attribute of the particular security; providing the security borrower terminal with a right preservation-conditional security, which does not require a redemption request at the time of exercising the right of the particular security, the attribute of which has been changed; and executing a right of the right preservation-conditional security in a state where the right preservation-conditional security has been provided to the security borrower terminal.
