Abstract:
Provided is a device for assisting with the development of a robot control system, the device comprising: a configuration determination unit for determining a controller, from among one or more first controllers and one or more second controllers, in which a third module is placed, on the basis of a set application and/or resources available at each of the controllers, the third module being from among a first module for interpreting a control program, a second module for generating an intermediate representation on the basis of an interpretation result from the first module, and the third module for generating a command value for a robot in accordance with the intermediate representation; and a configuration reflection unit for configuring a subject controller so that each of the modules will be placed at the determined placement destination.
