Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a robot cooperation system and a robot cooperation method with which it is possible to safely use a plurality of robots that can be coupled together. [Solution] This system comprises a first robot and a second robot that can be coupled to and separated from each other by means of a coupling mechanism, the system being characterized in that each of the first robot and the second robot has an individual determining unit that determines, on the basis of information acquired by a sensor, whether the first robot and the second robot are coupled by means of the coupling mechanism, and the system comprises an overall determining unit that determines the coupling states of the first robot and the second robot on the basis of a combination of the determination result of the individual determining unit of the first robot and the determination result of the individual determining unit of the second robot.
