Abstract:
The present invention relates to a roll-type flexible metal laminate, a method for manufacturing same, and a printed circuit board comprising the flexible metal laminate, and the method for manufacturing the roll-type flexible metal laminate comprises the steps of: preparing a first resin composition comprising a first highly-heat-resistant binder, a first fluoropolymer filler and a first organic solvent, and a second resin composition, which is the same as or different from the first resin composition and comprises a second highly-heat-resistant binder, a second fluoropolymer filler and a second organic solvent; applying the first resin composition onto one surface of a first metal foil, which is continuously supplied, and then drying same at 100-180°C, thereby preparing a roll-type first unit member comprising the first metal foil and a first resin composition film; applying the second resin composition onto one surface of a second metal foil, which is continuously supplied, and then drying same at 100-180°C, thereby preparing a roll-type second unit member comprising the second metal foil and a second resin composition film; and stacking the first and second unit members on both surfaces of a continuously supplied fiber-containing substrate, respectively, so that the composition film of each of the unit members comes in contact with the surface of the fiber-containing substrate, and then heating and pressurizing same at 300-400°C.
