Abstract:
An electronic device is provided. The electronic device comprises: a first housing; a second housing configured to slide with respect to the first housing; a flexible display configured to be spread or rolled on the basis of sliding of the second housing; a multi-bar structure supporting at least a part of the flexible display; a driving motor configured to generate a driving force for moving the second housing with respect to the first housing, and connected to the first housing; and a gear connecting structure for transmitting the driving force to the second housing. The gear structure comprises: a first gear connected to the driving motor; a second gear configured to be engaged with the first gear; a third gear connected to the second gear and configured to rotate together with the second gear; and a rack disposed on the inner surface of the second housing and configured to be engaged with the third gear. The first gear, the second gear, and the third gear are disposed within the first housing. The rack is disposed on the second housing.
