Abstract:
A roller cleaning device for a calender. The device comprises: a base, a supporting frame, a clamping device, an upper cleaning box, a lower cleaning box, a liquid recycling barrel, an arc-shaped brush plate, an arc-shaped wiping plate, a feeding pipe, a liquid suction device, a nozzle and a rotary shaft, wherein the upper cleaning box and the lower cleaning box are connected by means of a hinge, and the lower cleaning box is connected to the supporting frame on the base; a placement space is enclosed by the upper cleaning box and the lower cleaning box in a compressed state; a telescopic end of a telescopic device on the upper cleaning box is connected to the arc-shaped brush plate, which is provided with a brush, and to the arc-shaped wiping plate, which is provided with a wiping cloth; a liquid intake pipe enables the nozzle and a liquid discharge end to be in communication; the liquid recycling barrel is arranged on the base; clamping blocks provided with clamping grooves are connected to the inner wall of a clamping shell in a sliding manner, and a lead screw passes through threaded holes in the clamping grooves in a threaded manner; a clamping space is formed in the two clamping grooves; and one end of the rotary shaft is rotationally connected to the supporting frame, and the other end of the rotary shaft is connected to the clamping shell, and the rotary shaft is in transmission connection with an electric motor on the base. Provided in the utility model is a dye mixing device, which rapidly clamps a roller and cleans debris on the surface of the roller in a timely manner.
