Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention are a ROPS framework design method and an engineering machinery cab. The ROPS framework design method comprises: calculating target values of the lateral loading force Fmax and the lateral load energy Umax of a ROPS framework according to earth-moving machinery standards; selecting a proper cab framework structure type from a simply supported beam structure mechanical model; and according to the created rapid calculation formula for maximum lateral loading force Fmax and rapid calculation formula for maximum load energy Umax, calculating the sum of section modulus of the profiles of all upright columns and top cross beams, selecting proper profiles according to the sum, and building a closed space frame structure by using the selected cab framework structure type.
