Abstract:
In this rotary compressor, a recess (141-1) is provided to the outer circumference of an intermediate partition plate (140-1) in a position where an upper vane and a lower vane slide. A value obtained by doubling the amount of eccentricity of each of an upper eccentric part and a lower eccentric part of a rotary shaft is at least 30% of the total length of the upper vane and the lower vane in the sliding direction. The recess (141-1) has a width W in the circumferential direction of the intermediate partition plate (140-1) which is greater than the thickness T of the upper vane and the lower vane. When D represents the depth of the recess (141-1), and L represents the total length of the upper vane and the lower vane, formula (1), namely D≥0.1×L, is satisfied.
