Abstract:
A rotating shaft assembly and a lamp. A positioning hole (110) is formed in a first connecting seat (100) of the rotating shaft assembly; a second connecting seat (200) is rotatably connected to the first connecting seat (100); one end of a positioning pin (300) is movably connected to the second connecting seat (200), and the other end can extend into and withdraw from the positioning hole (110) from a first side of the positioning hole (110); an unlocking pin (400) can extend into and withdraw from the positioning hole (110) from a second side of the positioning hole (110); when the unlocking pin (400) extends into the positioning hole (110), the positioning pin (300) can be driven to withdraw from the positioning hole (110); when the unlocking pin (400) withdraws from the positioning hole (110), and the positioning pin (300) and the positioning hole (110) are coaxial, the positioning pin (300) extends into the positioning hole (110).
