Abstract:
Disclosed in the present utility model are a rotor assembly of a disc motor, and the disc motor. The rotor assembly comprises a rotor core and a plurality of brick-shaped magnetic shoes; a plurality of magnetic steel chambers distributed at intervals in the circumferential direction are formed on the rotor core; a central hole is formed in the center of the rotor core; the magnetic steel chambers are communicated with the central hole; the magnetic shoes are nested in the magnetic steel chambers; the magnetic steel chambers are arranged along a radial line S or inclines by an angle α with respect to the radial line S. The length L1 of the magnetic shoes is greater than the length L2 of the magnetic steel chambers. In the case that the height and the thickness of the rotor core are not changed, the structural deployment can further improve a magnetism gathering effect of a motor, increase the torque density of the motor, achieve a light and small size, and greatly reduce the motor cost.
