Abstract:
A rotor (1) has a rotary shaft (10), a first resin magnet (20) that is supported by the rotary shaft (10), and a plurality of second resin magnets (31) that have stronger magnetic poles than the first resin magnet (20) and are provided to a first outer circumferential surface (20c) that is the surface of the first resin magnet (20) that faces outward in the radial direction. When L1 is a first length that is the length of the first resin magnet (20) in the axial direction of the rotary shaft (10) and L2 is a second length that is the length of each of the second resin magnets (31) of the plurality of second resin magnets (31) in the axial direction, L1>L2.
