Abstract:
A rotor structure of a direct-start synchronous reluctance motor, a motor and a method for manufacturing a rotor structure. The rotor structure of a direct-start synchronous reluctance motor comprises a rotor core (10). A plurality of slot grooves (20) are provided on the rotor core (10), and two ends of each slot groove (20) are each provided with one filling groove (30) so as to form a magnetic barrier layer. First ends of the filling grooves (30) are arranged adjacent to the slot grooves (20), and second ends of the filling grooves (30) extend outwardly along the radial direction of the rotor core (10). An outer circumferential surface of the rotor core (10) is provided with notches (31) communicating with end parts of the second ends of the filling grooves (30). The notches (31) and inclined edges (32) are provided at end parts of the filling grooves (30) so that the reluctance torque of a motor may be increased, and the torque pulsation generated by rotor and stator cogging may be mutually weakened so as to achieve the goal of reducing the torque pulsation of the motor, reduce the vibration and noise of the motor, improve the efficiency of the motor having the rotor structure, and improve the start-up capabilities of the motor.
