Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of big data. Provided are a route planning method and device, an apparatus, and a computer storage medium. The route planning method comprises: acquiring real-time traffic flow feature data of a road network (201); using the real-time traffic flow feature data of the road network to predict state change risks of respective road sections in the road network, and obtaining state change risk information of the respective road sections (202); and using the state change risk information of the respective road sections to perform route planning (203). The route planning method takes into consideration state change risks of respective road sections in a route planning process, such that a route is planned through an overall consideration of the state change risks that a user may encounter when passing through the respective road sections, thereby improving the quality of the planned route and user experience.
