Abstract:

Provided are a routing convergence method, device and virtual private network (VPN) system, the method comprising: determining a priority of a border gateway protocol (BGP) routing next-hop; and converging the BGP routing next-hop according to the determined priority. The present invention addresses the problem in the related art, in which a service on a primary route is slowly switched because a secondary route has to be converged firstly before the primary route is converged during routing convergence, thereby shortening a service switching time on the primary route when a link fails.
