Abstract:
To provide: a rubber composition which enables the achievement of a cement having excellent solubility in a solvent and excellent tack properties, while having high adhesive power; a cement composition; and a hose for liquid transportation. A rubber composition according to the present invention is characterized by containing 100 parts by mass of a diene rubber, from 5 parts by mass to 70 parts by mass (inclusive) of carbon black, and from 3 parts by mass to 50 parts by mass (inclusive) of a tackifying resin having a softening point of less than 130°C.
