Abstract:
Provided is a rubber-metal laminated gasket material obtained by sequentially laminating a surface treatment agent layer, an adhesive layer and a rubber layer on a metal sheet. The surface treatment agent layer is formed using a surface treatment agent which contains alumina that has been treated with an organic titanium compound and a titanium a coupling agent. The element mass ratio of titanium and aluminum in a film of the surface treatment agent is 5:95-60:40. This rubber-metal laminated gasket material achieves effects such as not undergoing debonding in a heat resistance test method in LLC, which takes into account an actual usage environment of an engine cylinder head gasket, and exhibiting excellent LLC resistance under high temperature conditions such as 150°C for 300 hours.
