Abstract:
A rubber placing and slitting machine. A machine frame (1) is provided, at the front side thereof, with a fed rubber frame (3) which is used to send a wound, folded and placed stripped rubber sheet onto a fed material conveyor belt (8), and a rubber cutting mechanism is arranged at the upper middle part of the portion of the machine frame (1) at the rear part of the fed material conveyor belt (8); a rubber cutting driving shaft (12) is supported on the machine frame (1), a plurality of rubber cutting cylinders (14) are arranged above the rubber cutting driving shaft (12) by means of a rubber cutting frame, and an air knife (15) is arranged at the bottom of each rubber cutting cylinder (14); a speed reducing mechanism (24) with a driving electric motor (23) is arranged on a rubber placing support (22), the speed reducing mechanism (24) is in transmission connection with a driving disk (25), one end of a driving push rod (27) is hinged on the driving disk (25), the other end of the driving push rod (27) is connected to the rubber placing support (22), two upper rubber placing rollers and two lower rubber placing rollers (28, 30, 29, 31) are respectively arranged in parallel in the space in an axial direction of the rubber cutting driving shaft (12) to form a quadrilateral structure, a front upper rubber placing roller (28) close to the tail end of a discharging conveyor belt (18) is hinged on the rubber placing support (22), a rubber placing driving arm (32) is fixedly connected to the front upper rubber placing roller (28) in a penetrating manner, and the other end of the rubber placing driving arm (32) is hinged to the other end of the driving push rod (27). The rubber placing and slitting machine has a compact structure and can stably receive the slitted long strip rubber sheet by means of winding and stacking same.
