Abstract:
The present invention relates to saccharomyces cerevisiae for producing rubusoside and an application thereof. A rubusoside synthesis gene is expressed in a saccharomyces cerevisiae strain, and an ABC efflux pump is overexpressed; and the ABC efflux pump is selected from at least one of YOR1, PDR11, and PDR12. According to the present invention, a rubusoside synthesis path is constructed in the saccharomyces cerevisiae, so that the saccharomyces cerevisiae can generate rubusoside, and recombinant saccharomyces cerevisiae is modified by further applying promoter engineering and genetic engineering, so that de novo synthesized rubusoside having glucose as a substrate is achieved, and the recombinant saccharomyces cerevisiae has good performance in fermentation production of rubusoside.
