Title:
SADDLED ELECTRIC VEHICLE
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2021/145276
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
A motorcycle (1) that is a saddled electric vehicle (1) comprising: a swing arm (21) that is connected to a body frame (5) so that a proximal-end side can swing up and down, the swing arm (21) supporting a rear wheel (6) on a distal-end side; and a prime mover component (34) mounted on the proximal-end side of the swing arm (21) with respect to the rear wheel (6), the prime mover component (34) being capable of swinging integrally with the swing arm (21). The prime mover component (34) is provided with an electric motor (30) that causes the saddled electric vehicle (1) to travel, a battery (40) that stores electric power to be supplied to the electric motor (30), and a control device (37) that drivably controls the electric motor (30). Provided between the prime mover component (34) and the rear wheel (6) is a flow path formation section (50) that forms an outside air flow path (50a) in which the lower-end side is narrower than the upper-end side in a side view, the upper-end side of the outside air flow path (50a) being designated as an outside air introduction section (55). The electric motor (30), the battery (40), and the control device (37) are each provided with a heat dissipation section (30b, 37b, 40b) that faces into the outside air flow path (50a).
