Abstract:
This power-transmitting mechanism (1) comprises: an engine (2) having a crankshaft (2a); a flywheel (3) linked to the crankshaft (2a); an electric motor (4) having a rotor (41) that rotates together with a rotation shaft (8); a damper (6) linked to the rotation shaft (8) and the flywheel (3); and a driven machine (5) to which power of the engine (2) and/or the electric motor (4) is input. The damper (6) is arranged between the engine (2) and the electric motor (4) in the shaft center direction of the rotation shaft (8).
