Disclosed is a safe with a multi-layered anti-theft structure, comprising a safe body composed of an external plate (1), a wear-resistant plate (2), a composite reinforcing layer (3) and a reinforcing plate (5) successively connected from outside to inside, wherein the external plate (1), the wear-resistant plate (2), the composite reinforcing layer (3) and the reinforcing plate (5) are mutually tightly fitted together, the external plate (1) is a stainless steel or carbon steel external plate, with a thickness of 1-5 mm, the wear-resistant plate (2) has a thickness of 10-15 mm, the reinforcing plate (5) is stainless steel or carbon steel, with a thickness of 2-10mm, and the composite reinforcing layer (3) is a silicon carbide, silicon nitride, boron carbide or alumina layer, with a thickness of 5-10 mm. The safe has strong anti-assault performance and good anti-theft effects, and the wall thickness of a safe with a high security level is reduced to 20-30 mm.
