Abstract:
The invention concerns a method for making an manual instrument or tool for curettage, absorption, sterilisation or sampling of all ducts having a natural or artificial orifice for instance the auditory canal, the nasal fossae cavities and the various openings of which a living or artificial organism is made up. The inventive instrument or tool, (1), consists of a stick or rod (2) having at least at one end of said rod a notch or slot (3) emerging on a cavity (4) forming the medullary canal of the rod, whereof one of the outer edges (5) has over part of its circumference a bulb (6) consisting of lamellae (7). The top part of the bulb called dome (8) incorporates a pivot-hinge (9) for receiving the bulb (6) matching part (10). Half of the bulb (10) is provided at its terminal part with an appendix (11) with a geometrical shape identical to the stem of the stick (2) and the notch (3). The appendix (11) serves as a locking clasp thereby forming the entire bulb (6).
