Abstract:

A band saw blade (1P) comprises: a body portion (11) which is made into a loop in an endless form at a joint portion (M) due to welding; a blade portion (12) which is formed on the side of one edge portion of the body portion (11); a first shot blast treatment portion (21) which is formed on at least one side surface of the body portion (11); a second shot blast treatment portion (23) which is formed in a part of the first shot blast treatment portion (21) and is visually recognized as a range having a surface state different from that of the first shot blast treatment portion (21); and an information portion (24) which is provided to the second shot blast treatment portion (23) and with which information can be acquired.
